My Cookbooks

I’ve been living with my husband, Bill Holm, since 2006, which is how I really learned about food allergies. Being allergic to wheat, cow dairy, and corn has its limitations, but I found–if you just get a little creative–you can make almost anything that’s Bill-friendly with a few substitutions.

In the last several years, I’ve created and adapted a lot of recipes, many of which are posted on this blog. So I thought: Why not share the recipes with people who suffer from food allergies? Then others can see how easy it is to make delicious meals without sacrificing flavor or nutrition.

In January, 2011, I published my first cookbook called Nothing to Sneeze At, a collection of main dish recipes that accommodate Bill’s food allergies.

Interested in buying a copy? Just click on this link to Lulu.com, where you can order one–or as many as you’d like.

Prefer an e-Book? You can get Nothing to Sneeze At from iTunes and Barnes & Noble.

And watch for more cookbooks…..I have ideas brewing for the future!

Just forwarded a link to your blog post about the new book to a friend of mine who has severe food allergies. Love the cover design!

The book looks great! I love the cover, too, and I’ll definitely keep it in mind if/when I run across someone with allergies.
Huge undertaking, but I didn’t doubt for a minute that you’d pull it off.
    Mazel Tov!
