    • Indeed! But that’s because it’s what our palate is used to, yes? I liked the comparison to the lobster in the video. What’s funny is I don’t like lobster either, nor any shellfish, due to texture. That would be my problem with insects as well! It would be very hard for me to make that change but I see his point about where our world is headed. Thanks for your comment, Kate!
