I have to say, I love boneless, skinless chicken breasts. They are so versatile. But what’s a feedlot meat boycotter to do? Chicken breasts in a box from Lamberts’ Poultry and Seafood still qualify as feedlot meat. If you watch Food, Inc. you’ll see how those poor chickens are treated. But I love the convenience of boneless chicken.
Grassfed chicken breasts are expensive. Buying a whole chicken seems more justified than paying for breasts only. Have we gotten so used to convenience that we can’t grow out of it?
These are the challenges I’m facing today. Somebody, please help! How can I find happy chicken breasts without paying through the nose?
